Museum Yoga
Instructors from Troy-based Explore Yoga studio will lead students through yoga postures and breathwork in classes appropriate for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. Yoga classes are held outdoors on select Tuesdays. Bring your mat and make sure to register in advance as space is limited.

Museum Yoga classes are donation-based. Give as you see fit to support the Village (suggested: $10/class). You can bring cash to class for our donation jar or donate online before or after class.
Museum Yoga classes are held outdoors. In case of inclement weather, class will be canceled, and registrants will be notified via email and/or text message. If you have accessibility questions, please contact us at info@thvmail.org and we will be happy to help!
