Tai Chi

Dates: Wednesdays, April 11 – May 23, Time: 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Calm your mind, find your balance, train your muscles. Rooted in ancient Chinese martial arts, tai chi has value in treating or preventing many health problems, and is even CDC-approved for fall prevention. Learn the 12-posture sun style form during the seven-week series led by certified instructor Lynn Lim.

Yoga “Karma” Class

Yoga Donation Class!  Proceeds support the Troy Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

Stretch, meditate and support local history! Join us for a special yoga class led by Gwen Dickerson of Explore Yoga Troy—all proceeds support the Troy Historical Society. Class takes place outdoors, weather permitting.

Back by popular demand: grab your mat and join us for outdoor yoga on the Village green! Increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone, mental clarity and calmness are just a few of the many physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga. Gwen from Troy-based Explore Yoga will lead students through postures and breath-work in classes appropriate for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
