FREE/THS & Explore Yoga Members; $7/class non-members

Increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone, mental clarity and calmness are just a few of the many physical and mental benefits of practicing yoga. Instructors from Troy-based Explore Yoga will lead students through yoga postures and breath-work in classes appropriate for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. Tai Chi

Price (covers 7-week series): $20/THS Members; $49/non-members.

Calm your mind, find your balance, train your muscles. Rooted in ancient Chinese martial arts, tai chi has value in treating or preventing many health problems, and is even CDC-approved for fall prevention. Learn the 12-posture sun style form during the seven-week series led by certified instructor Lynn Lim. Class is held rain or shine!
